Terms of Use

Effective from: April 13, 2026

1. Introductory Provisions

These terms of use govern the relationship between:

and

Client: a person who orders services provided by Joisi Studio

2. Services Provided

Joisi Studio provides the following services:

3D visualization and modeling
Motion graphics and animation
Video production
Branding and graphic design
Web design and website development
Web application development
UI/UX design

3. Order and Contract Conclusion

3.1 Inquiry

The client submits an inquiry via the contact form or email.

3.2 Price Quote

Based on the inquiry, we prepare a price quote with a description of services, price, and delivery timeline.

3.3 Contract Conclusion

The contract is concluded by:

Signing a mutually agreed contract, or
Client confirmation of the order via email

4. Price and Payment Terms

4.1 Price

The price is specified in the price quote. All prices are stated without VAT (unless stated otherwise).

4.2 Deposit

For projects over CZK 50,000, we require a deposit of 50% of the total price before commencing work.

4.3 Payment Due Date

Standard invoice payment term is 14 days from issuance, unless agreed otherwise.

4.4 Late Payment

In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge a late payment interest of 0.05% per day.

5. Project Execution

5.1 Deadlines

The project completion deadline is stated in the price quote. The deadline begins after:

Payment of the deposit (if required)
Receipt of all necessary materials from the client

5.2 Client Cooperation

The client undertakes to:

Provide all necessary materials on time
Respond to inquiries within 3 business days
Provide constructive feedback

5.3 Revisions

The project price includes:

2 rounds of revisions for smaller projects (up to CZK 50,000)
3 rounds of revisions for larger projects (over CZK 50,000)

Additional revisions are charged at the current hourly rate.

6. Copyright

6.1 Transfer of Rights

Upon full payment of the price, the rights to use the work for the agreed purposes are transferred to the client.

6.2 Portfolio

We reserve the right to use the completed project in our portfolio, unless agreed otherwise.

6.3 Source Files

Source files (e.g., PSD, AI, 3D scenes) are not included in the standard delivery. They can be provided for an additional fee.

7. Warranty and Liability

7.1 Warranty

We provide a warranty for:

Websites: 30 days for bug fixes
Web applications: 60 days for bug fixes

7.2 Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Damages caused by improper use of the delivered work
Data loss caused by a third party
Outages caused by the hosting provider

8. Termination of Cooperation

8.1 Client Withdrawal

The client may withdraw from the contract at any time. In such case:

The client pays for work completed to date at the hourly rate
The deposit is non-refundable

8.2 Provider Withdrawal

We may withdraw from the contract in case of:

Client payment delay exceeding 30 days
Client non-cooperation (no response to inquiries for more than 14 days)

9. Personal Data Protection

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved by the competent court in the Czech Republic.

11. Final Provisions

These terms of use take effect on April 13, 2026.

We reserve the right to amend these terms. Changes will be published on this page.
